We wish to source a Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant, with a background in Sales, excellent communication and rapport building skills and a genuine desire to learn. The ideal candidate will have relevant sector knowledge gained in the Information Technology market, or a passion for the sector.
Depending on experience, the successful candidate will have full life cycle responsibilities for the source and selection of niche skills. You will be required to contribute to developing relationships with new and existing candidates using a wide range of tools and techniques.
Central to your role will be the ability to proactively source, select and build niche candidate pools. You will have access to a supportive team environment, internal and external databases, as well as a host of generalist and specialist recruitment resources.
Geographical restrictions do not exist, giving entrepreneurial individuals the opportunity to develop their market without inhibitors.
With the guidance of Company Directors and colleagues you will be fully supported in developing existing and new markets and provided with unique skills to help differentiate FPSG and yourself.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- A track record in sales.
- Knowledge of the IT sector, gained from commercial or personal experience in the market.
- A proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negation skills and commercial awareness
- A proven desire for self-learning and personal development.
- A desire to succeed in a competitive environment
