John is responsible for driving FPSG strategy across the group and takes a hands on role in client engagement across our specialist sectors.
His background lies in the provision of executive search services within the Professional Services sector and his expertise in this field led him to win the first ever Scottish Recruitment Consultant of the Year in 2007.
Joined FPSG in 2004 and appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2010 following successive promotions.
As a Managing Consultant, Hugh is an experienced recruitment professional with a legal degree and indepth knowledge of the Scottish legal markets.
He has a proven ability to innovate and work in a truly consultative nature with clients to achieve business goals.
Hugh recruits from NQ up to Partner level.
With over 10 years' recruitment experience, Hugh rejoined FPSG in 2018, bringing with him fresh ideas and a wealth of skills.
As Director of Operations, Kirsty holds responsibility for our core business functions including marketing, training and performance management, recruitment and new business engagement.
Kirsty is key in providing a wide range of our value add services including networking seminars and inward investment support.
She takes a particular interest in developing our equality & diversity strategy and recently championed our Living Wage accreditation.
With over 20 years experience in recruitment, Kirsty joined FPSG in 2001 as a consultant in the Call Centre team. She then went on to manage the delivery of our Professional Services teams before being appointed Director of Operations in 2014.
Richard is part of the Office Management Team and responsible for all administrative processes, candidate payroll, contracts management and general office support.
Originally from Malta, Richard has brought with him his experience and knowledge of working in a family business. His strengths lie in attention to detail and problem solving.
Richard is an active member of the World Organisation of Scouts Movement where he has helped his community’s Scout Group in educating young people on how to be more active citizens.
Richard joined FPSG in 2017 and successfully guided our GDPR Team to full compliance.
We plan to host a range of activities on a quarterly basis to highlight specific awareness days such as International Women’s Day, National Careers Week, Workers' Memorial Day and World Mental Health Day.
