John is responsible for driving FPSG strategy across the group and takes a hands on role in client engagement across our specialist sectors.

His background lies in the provision of executive search services within the Financial Services sector, Sales, HR and Senior Finance sectors. 

Joined FPSG in 2004 and appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2010 following successive promotions.

Ciaran Ahern has worked in Professional Services, Technology, Data and Transformation recruitment for over 22 years.

He started his career purely focused on candidates and their experience and grew into a much wider remit, where he was responsible for engaging, winning and delivering on a very wide range of clients, from start-ups and scaling organisations to large corporates.

Although Ciaran leads and motivates teams of individuals and is accountable for overall delivery he is also hands on in his role. Over his career he has covered all aspects of operations and technology & change. His current focus is on Development & Data with a particular interested in start-ups and scaling organisations, particularly in FinTech, Life Sciences, MedTech, BioTech and Pharma.

Ciaran’s focus is very much on client and candidate experience and ensuring both himself and FPSG delivery an outstanding service.

Rebekah joined FPSG as a Delivery Consultant in October 2021 as part of the IT and Professional Services division in our Edinburgh office.

With over 5 years of customer service experience, Rebekah brings with her great interpersonal and people skills that she uses with her candidates and clients.

Rebekah is able to engage with anyone to secure the best talent in Scotland for her clients.

Gregor joined FPSG In October 2022 as recruitment consultant focusing on Product – particularly Product Management, Owner & Design.

Gregor’s greatest strengths lie within his ability build and maintain relationships with Candidates and Clients.

He has developed these skills through 12 years’ experience in customer service and continues to bring that same energy to FPSG.
