John is responsible for driving FPSG strategy across the group and takes a hands on role in client engagement across our specialist sectors.
His background lies in the provision of executive search services within the Financial Services sector and his expertise in this field led him to win the first ever Scottish Recruitment Consultant of the Year in 2007.
John heads up our partnership with Scottish Athletics ensuring benefits are felt across the communities in which we work.
Joined FPSG in 2004 and appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2010 following successive promotions.
As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew manages many of our complex accounts and has responsibility for our IT and Public Sector divisions.
His strengths lie in providing diverse recruitment solutions to match client needs and working in partnership to ensure positive outcomes. He is superbly networked and is committed to ensuring business growth through connecting the best talent with the best opportunities.
Andrew is dedicated to our community engagement and plays a key role in our partnership with Scottish Athletics.
Starting his career with FPSG as IT Divisional Manager in 2002 and through continued development and promotion, Andrew became Managing Director in 2010.
As Director of Operations, Kirsty holds responsibility for our core business functions including marketing, training and performance management, recruitment and new business engagement.
Kirsty is key in providing a wide range of our value add services including networking seminars and inward investment support.
She takes a particular interest in developing our equality & diversity strategy and recently championed our Living Wage accreditation.
With over 20 years experience in recruitment, Kirsty joined FPSG in 2001 as a consultant in the Call Centre team. She then went on to manage the delivery of our Professional Services teams before being appointed Director of Operations in 2014.
As an Associate Director, Kirsty leads the Contact Centre and Professional Services teams across our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices whilst building and maintaining relationships with our key clients.
Kirsty has a wealth of experience assisting companies across various industries and sectors with their recruitment and tendering for local and national business accounts.
She is a keen networker and is a qualified HR practitioner, having completed her CIPD Certificate in HR Practice in 2016.
With over 15 years' experience in recruitment, Kirsty joined FPSG in 2012, bringing with her commitment, passion and professionalism.
As Director, Christopher has a proven track record in delivering diverse recruitment solutions in the complex Energy & Infrastructure sector.
He is an experienced talent and resource manager with over 20 years’ experience working internationally within the in-house and consultancy environment.
Skills lie in building relationships within major projects through delivery of value add services including talent management and acquisitions, campaigns and resource planning.
Since establishing the team in 2018, Christopher has gone on to have success globally.
Michael's role is to establish and grow our IT recruitment solutions capability across Scotland, the UK and beyond.
Having progressed through all the recruitment ranks from Resourcer to Regional Manager, Michael’s style is to always lead by example in new business wins and being accountable for delivering on commitments.
Michael is responsible for multiple locations and Consultants and takes pride in playing a hands-on role in developing staff.
