FPSG launches Effect-IV

Timesaver - With our new product, you no longer need telephone interviews. We can use customised questions, given to us by you, and incorporate these into our initial candidate screening. You will able to watch and hear the candidates’ responses and gauge their reactions first hand.

Logistics - You can interview our candidates from your office. You can arrange for several colleagues to join in wherever they are. The recording can be shared with those who couldn’t join the interview at the time. No more planning or syncing calendars to find a day where 5 hiring managers have a free slot.

Money saver - Recorded video interviews can be seen anywhere and at any time. Recruiting can take valuable time out of your daily work routine and any time spent on recruitment is time lost on your day to day duties, which inevitably will cost your company money. Effect-IV can save you both time and money by reducing the need for conducting multiple screening interviews for multiple candidates. FPSG will conduct all pre-screening interviews on your behalf using Effect-IV and you will receive all video interviews in one quick link which you can then view at anytime, anywhere and on any device with an internet connection.

To find out how Effect-IV can help your recruitment needs, contact your Account Manager at FPSG or enquiries@fpsg.com, and they will guide with you all the information you will need.

National Living Wage

FPSG is based in Scotland, a region where nearly a fifth of all jobs (18%) pay less than the real Living Wage – around 404,000 jobs

Kirsty Peacock, Operations Director, FPSG said: “FPSG has become a Living Wage Employer as it reflects our value of commitment to supporting the needs of everyone we work with. As a responsible employer we want to ensure our employees have a wage which is enough to live on.”

Tess Lanning, Director, Living Wage Foundation said: “We’re delighted that FPSG has joined the movement of over 4,000 responsible employers across the UK who voluntarily commit to go further than the government minimum to make sure all their staff earn enough to live on.

National Living Wage

We are delighted to announce that FPSG been accredited as a Living Wage Employer.  Our Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at FPSG receive the accredited Living Wage.

The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum. Since 2011 the Living Wage movement has delivered a pay rise to over 150,000 people and put over £600m extra into the pockets of low paid workers.
