Hannah is an experienced recruiter based in Glasgow who utilises her skills in the headhunting of those hard to find candidates.
With a determined attitude to always succeed and excellent ability to build relationships with candidates and clients alike, Hannah provides excellent support throughout the full recruitment journey for both.
Hannah approaches each candidate and client as an individual and handles their unique requirements with a personal touch.
After studying Psychology at the University of Glasgow, Hannah started her career in recruitment specialising in Senior/Executive Search roles before joining FPSG in 2018.
Richard is part of the Office Management Team and responsible for all administrative processes, candidate payroll, contracts management and general office support.
Originally from Malta, Richard has brought with him his experience and knowledge of working in a family business. His strengths lie in attention to detail and problem solving.
Richard is an active member of the World Organisation of Scouts Movement where he has helped his community’s Scout Group in educating young people on how to be more active citizens.

Video interviewing is the future for recruitment and FPSG have anticipated their clients' needs by launching its own new product called Effect-IV. Effect-IV enables us to record interviews with candidates and send these recordings, along with their CVs, straight to our clients.

The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum. Since 2011 the Living Wage movement has delivered a pay rise to over 150,000 people and put over £600m extra into the pockets of low paid workers.
We plan to host a range of activities on a quarterly basis to highlight specific awareness days such as International Women’s Day, National Careers Week, Workers Memorial Day and National Life Work Week.
