INTRODUCTION

FPSG, working in partnership with a leading financial investment firm, have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst/Operation specialist to join them as an Operations Specialist! Arising as part of continued growth, this position will be a one year FTC with a hybrid working model of 3 days at home & 2 days in the office.

POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role you will be responsible for leading the Business Enablement squad supporting the Client Reference Data Services (CRDS) broader fleet (programme). Specifically, drive the direction and lead multi-faceted teams globally with Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers to support changes within client reference data systems relating to account and party data.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

A highly rewarding and challenging position, our client is keen to appoint an experienced candidate who can demonstrate a background in leading the Business Enablement Squad at a management level across high value/complex projects.

In addition to this, you will ideally be able to demonstrate experience across:

  • Hands-on understanding of Agile development processes
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage resources to achieve best outcome
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act as a bridge between Technology, Operations and Client reference data to stakeholders/consumers requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry in a Product Owner role developing financial applications for Retail and/or Institutional clients
  • Enterprise project experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Four-year degree required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint required
