IT Manager (Berlin)

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a high growth CDMO (contract & development manufacturing organisation) helping to grow and develop a brand new team.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

• Formulate and implement the IT strategy for international enterprises, guaranteeing synchronization with corporate goals.
• Oversee and guide the international IT team, tasked with delivering extensive IT assistance and resolutions, encompassing hardware device oversight, software application assistance, system operation and upkeep, network security, and more.
• Create and enforce IT policies and procedures that adhere to compliance and security standards, ensuring that IT activities across multiple international branches align with company security protocols and regulatory mandates.
• Supervise and orchestrate vendors and contractors to procure top-tier IT products and services while adhering to budget constraints.
• Oversee the management and allocation of IT resources, fostering close collaboration with diverse departments to address the IT needs and priorities of overseas branches.

Person Specification

Essential skills will include:

• ITIL accredited.
• Experience working with companies overseas/Time difference.
• Experience working individually.
• Exposure/Knowledge of working with a CDMO (contract & development manufacturing organisation) would be preferred.
