FPSG are working on behalf of a leading entertainment company looking to recruit a Senior Quality Compliance Assurance Analyst

This opportunity will be located in West Lothian and will be a fixed term contract for 10 months

As a Senior Analyst you will be responsible for setting up plans and processes to methodically collect, understand and interpret data which supports the delivery of robust outputs. They will support a team through the setup of new work requests, ensure calibration and consistency and will deliver accurate insight which will be used to make recommendation around Compliance focus and improvement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Analysis of large data sets using tools such as Excel

  • Produce and design automated insight reporting from initial stages which trends ongoing performance, gaps and risks

  • Manage existing insight reporting, work requests and team direction via effective prioritisation, building a course of action and work plan which meets the needs of the Senior Management team

  • Review broad analysis / findings, translating in to a clear and actionable piece of insight for Senior Managers

  • Proactively work with other support and ops teams to raise issues for awareness and improvement

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive collaboration to help individuals be excited about the potential impact of making necessary changes

  • Support and share best practice with both in-house and partner operational Quality teams as well as your wider team of colleagues

  • Support QCA Analysts to deliver weekly target and priorities, ensure the team is resourced for agreed commitments and priorities are managed

Person Specification

  • Advanced Excel skills is essential along with a proven track record of presenting complex data simply and effectively

  • Strong analytical and reporting/MI skills

  • Expertise in regulatory and operational quality processes / frameworks

  • Experience in managing conflicting demands

  • Great communication skill and experience in stakeholder management

  • Experience in leading and coaching a team

  • Committed to working a FTC for 10mths
