As a direct result of their Residential Property team experiencing sustained and remarkable growth in business levels over the last three years, they have a unique opportunity for a Solicitor to join the residential property team based out of their Aberdeen office.

Role Responsibilities

As Residential Property Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on property sales and purchases

• Providing an outstanding level of service to clients

• Managing a busy and varied caseload

• Communicating with clients and other intermediaries throughout transactions

Person Specification

As a successful Residential Property Solicitor, this opportunity would suit either a newly qualified who has gained relevant experience during your training contract or a solicitor with up to 2 Years' PQE in Residential Property.
