FPSG had their annual Team Building Day on Friday 4th September at The Experience, a social enterprise providing employment opportunities for young people aged 16+ with barriers to employment, and part of the Kibble group; one of Scotland’s oldest charities.

As everything was a mystery until the last minute, when we arrived everyone thought they would be spending the day Go-Karting but it turned out to be a cook off (Master Chef Style) at “The Academy Restaurant” and a cocktail masterclass, learning how to make Mojitos, French Martinis and Cosmopolitans. Those involved in the Cook off learnt some Asian recipes and prepared a great banquet for the whole team. Some of the delicious dishes were; Thai Green Chicken Curry, Thai Salad, Vegetable Biryani, Lamb Curry, Jasmine Rice, Spice Infused Langoustines and Tandoori King Prawns.

After the lunch we all took part in a life size Scaletrix competition (Well you have to have a winner)  and finished off a brilliant day in Waxy O’Connors.
