FPSG are delighted to welcome Isla Thomson to our Edinburgh Office as a Recruitment Administrator within our Office Support and Call & Contact Centre Division.

Isla has recently left Lasswade High School and was looking for an opportunity within the Recruitment industry where she can develop her skills and commence a career within an office environment. This in return supports the ongoing success of our current team whilst allowing Isla to pursue her passion for Clay Pigeon Shooting at an International level.

Isla has joined the Office Support and Call & Contact Centre division where she is responsible for sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates for various Office Support, Customer Service and Bilingual roles across central Scotland.

FPSG are passionate and committed to supporting school leavers, trainees and the Modern Apprenticeship scheme. It is an excellent way to offer fresh talent an opportunity to take their first steps into recruitment whilst receiving ongoing support from experienced managers and colleagues alike.
Our trainee scheme includes: candidate care, account management, recruitment project delivery and recruitment marketing with the trainee being aligned to our Business Operations, IT and Sales & Marketing teams.
