FPSG is delighted to welcome Dayna Ferguson and Dylan Cowman to our Glasgow Office. Dayna and Dylan recently joined our consultant trainee scheme and have made great progress in their first weeks in the role.

Dayna joins us with an education in International Marketing and a strong customer contact and financial services background. She is looking to use her skills gained in her career to date in a consultative recruitment environment and chose FPSG as she was impressed with our training and support programme and defined career path.

Also university educated, Dylan joins us with a background in Insurance and Communications and bags of enthusiasm. He has chosen a career in recruitment as he is impressed by the pace and variety of the role and wants to work with FPSG’s globally recognised brands.

Our trainee scheme includes: Candidate Care, Account Management, Recruitment Project Delivery and Recruitment Marketing with the trainees being aligned to our Business Operations, Sales & Marketing and IT & Business Change teams. Feedback from all teams has been glowing with our recruits displaying enthusiasm, drive and flexibility from the outset.

FPSG offers a defined career path and we look forward to seeing Dayna and Dylan progress into Consultant, Senior Consultant, Account Management, Team Management and beyond!
