FPSG are supporting our client whom are a leading law firm with a strong presence across Scotland to assist in the development of their Property Conveyancing offering. As a direct result of their Property Conveyancing team experiencing sustained and remarkable growth in business levels over the last three years, they have a unique opportunity for a Solicitor to join the team based out of their office in Perth.

Role Responsibilities

As Property Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on property sales and purchases

• Providing an outstanding level of service to clients

• Managing a busy and varied caseload

• Communicating with clients and other intermediaries throughout transactions

Person Specification

As a successful Property Solicitor, this opportunity would suit either a newly qualified who has gained relevant experience during your training contract or a solicitor with up to 3 Years' PQE ideally in a mixed Commercial/Residential Property environment.
