Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage 1-3 Engineering teams for product delivery.
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to advance requirements.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ensure strong communication and collaboration.
• Resource Management: Oversee team resources for success.
• Engineering Strategy: Contribute to the Engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Team Development: Build and enhance team capabilities.
• Planning and Reporting: Ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.

Requirements

• Management: 5+ years managing product teams, including offshore resources.
• Leadership Qualities: Proactive, collaborative, inspirational, and adaptable.
• Product & SaaS Knowledge: Solid understanding of product development and SaaS.
• Methodology: Strong experience in agile practices and planning.
• Technology Expertise: 5+ years in cloud, web applications, and SDLC.
