Role Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Advising clients on all IP related commercial agreements

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

• Working on projects and transactions in the IT and Telecoms sector

• Participating actively in business development activities

Person Specification

As a successful Technology Solicitor/Senior Solicitor, you will have:

• 1-5 years' PQE within a similar role in a leading / established firm

• A good knowledge of IP and IT related matters

• Experience in dealing directly with clients to effectively manage the relationships on an ongoing basis
