About the role:

Are you a seasoned product manager with a passion for SaaS products? Do you have a proven track record of leading product development from ideation to launch? If so, we want you to join our team as a SaaS Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our SaaS products, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our SaaS products.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines.
  • Prioritize product features based on customer needs, market demand, and business goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product decisions.
  • Implement feedback loops with customers to continually refine and enhance the product.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team

Role Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
