FPSG would be keen to hear from Consultants based in Glasgow with a proven track record recruiting in the Professional Markets (Marketing, A&F, HR, Sales & Marketing)
Depending on experience, the successful candidate will have full recruitment life cycle responsibilities and will be hands on with clients and candidates. You will be required to contribute to developing business from existing clients using your experience and market knowledge. You will have access to a supportive team environment, internal and external databases, as well as a host of generalist and specialist recruitment resources.
Geographical and vertical sector restrictions do not exist, giving entrepreneurial consultants the opportunity to develop their market without inhibitors.
With the guidance of Company Directors and colleagues you will be fully supported in developing existing and new markets and provided with unique skills to help differentiate FPSG and yourself.
The successful candidate is likely to be educated to University level and have spent at least 2 successful years working within recruitment, preferably focusing on professional services such as Accountancy, Sales, Marketing, or Senior Appointments.
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, enjoys dealing with people, has a good sense of humour, and leads by example. As well as this you will be presentable, possess excellent communication, organising and leadership skills, be open and honest, and have the desire to build a successful career in recruitment.
