This squad development environment needs strong software engineer who have excellent core Python (additional skills include Java, JavaScript) and the ability to influence the design & architecture of the software and applications around them.

To be successful you will have:

• Current and practical expertise using Python; with additional skills in Java, C++ or other OO language;

• A strong knowledge of SQL and broad database development experience

• Must have strong technical skills in delivering complex enterprise level systems

• Should possess excellent object-oriented design skills, OOA / OOD

• Experience with multi-tiers and service oriented architecture

• In addition RDBMS, exposure and understanding on NoSQL, Hadoop is desired

• Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile development practices. TDD / BDD

• Strategic thinking, collaboration and consensus building skills
