PM / Scrum Master




Everyone wants to have an Agile project…..but who is going to plan it, own it and ensure it is delivered….hopefully you are.

Seeking a technically adept Project Manager, be it software development, solutions implementation or transformational change. Someone who will be there from idea initiation, through to hand-over, someone who will provide leadership, insight and control and all in adherence to Agile principles, providing Scrum direction and governance.

As a Project Manager / Scrum Master your responsibilities will include:

  • From requirement gathering stages - organise and lead meetings with stakeholders ensuring scope, change and deliverables are fully understood.
  • Provide and maintain formal governance documentation.
  • Steer prioritisation and communication across all stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery and technical teams providing insight and design clarity.
  • Own the change and risk management function for parallel projects
  • Coordinate budget and procurement.
  • Coordinate third party and partner actions.
  • Coordinate with Test Management & Release Management.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners.
  • Coach the team with Agile principles and best-practice.

To be successful in the post, your experience will include:

Successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of Project Management and/or Scrum Master led programmes. Project Managers adopting Agile and working towards Scrum certification and Agile / Scrum focused Business Analyst demonstrating project leadership can also grow into this role

  • A proven track record with demonstrable project initiation and leadership Agile methodology
  • Leadership skills with a proven ability to provide decisive prioritisation skills
  • Project delivery demonstrating a logical structured approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills at all levels (including 3rd parties)
  • Skills in prioritising and contextualise business requirements to diverse user groups
  • Excellent interpersonal, documentation and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, and MS Project
  • Highly desirable to hold certifications such as Prince2, Scrum Master or similar
  • Exposure to a diverse range of web systems, applications and services e.g. CRM, Portfolio Management, Customer engagement
  • Exposure to tools such as JIRA, ClickUP, ScrumWise, ScrumMate,
