Role Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the content creation process end to end and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Critical path creation and management to traffic all creative and design work through the department
  • Creation and management of a content calendar to coordinate all campaigns across the channels
  • Be a brand guardian who fully understands and upkeeps the brand style guide and tone of voice across all channels
  • Work with Digital Marketing to ensure the promotion of service messaging on the site, communicating regularly with various departments
  • Work closely with the Buying and Merchandising Department to promote key brands and build on upcoming trends
  • Identify any efficiency savings possible in the content process, looking to remove duplicate or unnecessary effort where possible, including reducing the need for code changes to change content
  • Running the studio and scheduling the photographers' time for product photography, creative product stories and all editing time.
  • Copy editing as required
  • Be translator between the different disciplines of creative technology within the team- ensuring a consistent alignment and understanding of ideas.
  • Co-manage a team with the CCM in delivering content, assets and outputs but specifically will help manage, support, and develop an already fantastic, creative team of individuals, and be the go-to for team support.
  • Overseeing the team's workload. Liaising with those with direct reports on assigning work and then working closely with the CCM on allocating the team's resource to projects and long-term planning of their time and resource - ensuring there is still room for them to grow & develop
  • Supporting the CCM in constantly striving to improve planning, processes and procedures required to ensure the team are delivering content on time
  • Consistently monitor competitor and industry activity and provide wash up reports where relevant for major campaigns
  • Host regular internal meetings with wider Marketing to review campaign analysis and competitor reviews
  • Contribute to customer research as required
  • Ensure all campaigns and activity with brands adheres to GDPR policies.
  • Work with own initiative and as part of the wider team

Person Specification

To be considered for this opportunity, our client is open to meet with individuals who offer the following background or experience:

  • Educated within Marketing, Content, Graphic Design or similar
  • Background of running a studio, setting up shoots
  • Naturally creative and organised
  • Background within studio management whether this be in house or agency
  • Strong understanding of marketing disciplines including Videography, Photography, Graphic Design etc
  • Ability to think outside the box, not afraid to present new ideas and use their initiative
  • Experience of trafficking
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach
  • Genuine interest in fashion
