Part-Time Accounts Administration Assistant (Temporary)
We have a new opportunity available working for a growing Healthcare company located in Dunfermline.
The opportunity offers a flexible Part-Time Temporary role, working 3 days a week for 2-3 months
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
You will work as part of an existing team to deliver support and help streamline existing business processes
- Overseeing book-keeping, cash flow and credit control
- Completing data inputting in bespoke software packages
- Dealing with phone enquiries
- Coordinating travel and accommodation
- Working towards refining business processes by training, testing and documenting improvements
- Additional administration tasks as and when required
To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, our client requires the following experience:
- Strong administration experience
- Experience of streamlining processes and creating manuals
- Background within healthcare advantageous
- Proven work experience within a finance team/accounts admin roles
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to use initiative in a proactive manner
- Work effectively within a team
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the firms processes
- Comply with all in-house policies and procedures
