Part-Time Accounts Administration Assistant (Temporary)

We have a new opportunity available working for a growing Healthcare company located in Dunfermline.

The opportunity offers a flexible Part-Time Temporary role, working 3 days a week for 2-3 months

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm

You will work as part of an existing team to deliver support and help streamline existing business processes

Role Responsibilities

  • Overseeing book-keeping, cash flow and credit control

  • Completing data inputting in bespoke software packages

  • Dealing with phone enquiries

  • Coordinating travel and accommodation

  • Working towards refining business processes by training, testing and documenting improvements

  • Additional administration tasks as and when required

Person Specification

To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, our client requires the following experience:

  • Strong administration experience

  • Experience of streamlining processes and creating manuals

  • Background within healthcare advantageous

  • Proven work experience within a finance team/accounts admin roles

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • The ability to use initiative in a proactive manner

  • Work effectively within a team

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the firms processes

  • Comply with all in-house policies and procedures
