MI & Resource Analyst


FPSG are recruiting for our leading client based in Glasgow City Centre! Due to their growth in to the Scottish market we are looking to hire a first class MI & Resource Analyst who are seeking a long term career within an award winning organisation.

Working full time Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm you will be offered a permanent contract and fantastic benefits to start ASAP

The purpose of the role is to support the Head of Site and Leadership Team MI & Statistical information for agents across site.

Role Responsibilities

  • You will be first point of contact for Leaders, Manager and Head of Site to support them with collating MI for agents across site
  • Work closely with their India site to bring information to Scotland and pull together real time management of call queues and non-phone activities
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Resource plan for approx. 150 FTE across personal and commercial lines of work
  • Produce weekly and monthly business review slides
  • Effectively manage holiday calendars and plan around this
  • Ad-hoc analysis as requested by Head of Site

Person Specification

To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following experience/background:

  • Previous MI / Resource Planning experience, ideally in a call centre but not essential
  • Strong analytical skills and IT usage
  • Brilliant attention to detail and ability to recognise different trends
  • Focussed, career driven and ability to build rapport with various business areas
  • Confidence dealing with individuals of all levels
  • Committed, hardworking and resilient
  • Strong team player who is informative and approachable
  • Positive, enthusiastic and professional
