Our client is a leading medical technology company. Founded by entrepreneurs with a successful track record in building and scaling medical diagnostics and health IT businesses, the company has major operations in the UK and the USA, and is supported by a global sales network.

The role:-

The Implementation Specialist is a key role envisioned to successfully plan, manage, on-board and configure new customers to our client's platform. The aim is to provide an excellent pre- and post-sale customer experience to configuring and getting up and running our client' suite of solutions in a seamless process for our customers.

The work will consist of operating at various levels within an organisation but will mainly compose of interfacing with end user customers in the clinical laboratory setting along with stakeholders in IT, Infrastructure/Networking of various customer groups and segments.

  • Planning and managing the implementation of our client's products

  • Manage the configuration of all purchased hardware and accessories to customer instances

  • Work with hardware fulfillment and Sales to co-ordinate pre-tasks are complete prior to shipping

  • Work with our Sales team to answer customer IT questions during pre-sales phase as needed

  • Perform demonstrations of our client's platform

  • Registering and configuring our client's Instruments, bar code readers, printers, Connect Hubs per the sales order for the customer in preparation for end user customer on-boarding

  • Perform remote customer sites visits to guide through the installation and on-boarding tasks of getting started with our client's platform

  • Supporting and training internal stakeholders on new products and services as requested

To be successful in this high profile role you will have:-

  • Experience in technical service and support of healthcare IT products

  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems

  • Experience working with regulated products and service

  • Experience with data transport methods

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

  • Knowledgeable of the Healthcare IT ecosystem

  • Knowledgeable in network IT infrastructure and concept

  • Experience integrating third party health IT systems

  • Experience working with hospital based senior healthcare professionals
