FPSG's client is a well-known manufacturing company based in Lanarkshire. To support their growth a vacancy has arisen for an HR Specialist.

Role Responsibilities
As HR Specialist your responsibilities will include:
• Administer new hire offer management
• Coordinate new hire onboarding
• Maintain accurate personnel records
• Coordinate new hire site clearance
• Keep salary details update to date by liaising with payroll and line management
• Ensure compliance for absence management

Person Specification
As a successful HR Specialist, you will have:
• A background in HR
• Solid administration and communication skills
• Previous experience in a busy HR department
• Ability to prepare accurate records
• An attention to detail

Reward
In return our client will reward you with a salary of £20,000 per annum plus benefits
