German Speaking Customer Services

£21k per annum

Car Driver preferred due to location

FPSG's client is a market leading Industrial Products & Services based organisation who pride themselves on their first class and unrivalled customer service. Their innovative and award winning products are used by clients throughout the UK and Europe. To support recent business growth our clients are looking to add two German speaking customer services to their team.

Role Responsibilities

As a German Customer Service your responsibilities will be:

* To ensure all calls and emails are professionally managed.

* To manage all enquires via email and over the phone.

* To work with organisations and customers primarily across German speaking nations and to support other European countries.

* To maintain customer retention by giving highly effective and efficient service to all existing and new customers.

* To process orders, check deliveries and deal with any product enquiries.

* To work closely with and support external sales teams in country.

* To manage all day to day administration

Person Specification

As a successful German Customer Service, you will have:

* Strong verbal and written fluency in both German and English at business level.

* High level of customer services experience

* Excellent communication skills with a positive and can do attitude.

* Ability to prioritise and manage many and sometimes competing tasks.

* Good attention to detail and accuracy.

* Strong team work.

In return our client will reward you with an annual salary of £21,000. 28 days holiday, pension and Healthcare plan once probation has been passed.
