FPSG, working in partnership with a leading organisation, have an excellent opportunity for an experience customer service professional to join our client in Glasgow as a Customer Support Specialist / Advisor. Collaboration, support and providing an industry leading service are at the heart of our clients business, you will be joining an organisation that significantly invests in their people to provide an exceptional career platform long term. The working pattern for this position will be on a hybrid basis on a 3 days in the office 2 days at home.

POSITION OVERVIEW

A varied and challenging position, you will be working as part of an established Customer Support team aligned to an enterprise client to assist with client queries and manage the escalation process internally to the relevant division. In addition to this, responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Assist in the delivery of support to the required service level in line with the service descriptions to enable the achievements of the teams designated customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with colleagues in other divisions to foster and maintain excellent relationships and ensure these divisions are provided with the necessary information to assist them in contributing to customer support.

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers to ensure their query is being resolved, in addition also highlighting potential opportunities for further customer support to your colleagues internally.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND

Our client is keen to appoint a professional who has a passion for customer service, can demonstrate relevant experience within a similar environment. In addition to this, you will have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook etc.
