As an Associate Director, Kirsty leads the Contact Centre teams across our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices whilst building and maintaining relationships with our key clients.
Kirsty has a wealth of experience assisting companies across various industries and sectors with their recruitment and tendering for local and national business accounts.
She is a keen networker and is a qualified HR practitioner, having completed her CIPD Certificate in HR Practice in 2016.
With over 15 years' experience in recruitment, Kirsty joined FPSG in 2012, bringing with her commitment, passion and professionalism.
Isla specialises in recruiting Customer Advisors (bi-lingual and non) across the east of Scotland.
She has a particular focus on customer service and has a keen ability to source the right candidate for her clients. She is hugely motivated by success and works hard to achieve it.
Isla is a keen Clay Shooter and has represented Scotland as a member of the Scottish National Olympic Skeet Team.
Joining FPSG in 2017 as a school leaver, Isla has shown commitment and consistency and has already achieved great success.
Richard is part of the Office Management Team and responsible for all administrative processes, candidate payroll, contracts management and general office support.
Originally from Malta, Richard has brought with him his experience and knowledge of working in a family business. His strengths lie in attention to detail and problem solving.
Richard is an active member of the World Organisation of Scouts Movement where he has helped his community’s Scout Group in educating young people on how to be more active citizens.
Richard joined FPSG in 2017 and successfully guided our GDPR Team to full compliance.

At FPSG, we put you at the centre of everything we do. In March 2019, we launched our #FPSGreachedmygoal competition as a way of celebrating the achievements of our Contact Centre candidates.
After being placed, Contact Centre candidates are sent a welcome email including a flyer that reads “I’ve been placed by FPSG”, along with the hashtag: #FPSGreachedmygoal. Candidates are encouraged to post this flyer onto their social media using our hashtag, which will then enter them into our monthly competition for their chance to win a shopping gift voucher. For this campaign, we are celebrating both our consultants’ hard work and our candidates’ success – all whilst creating a buzz around the FPSG brand as a whole.

The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum. Since 2011 the Living Wage movement has delivered a pay rise to over 150,000 people and put over £600m extra into the pockets of low paid workers.
We plan to host a range of activities on a quarterly basis to highlight specific awareness days such as International Women’s Day, National Careers Week, Workers' Memorial Day and World Mental Health Day.
