Kirsty Lloyd

Kirsty Lloyd

  • Associate Director

As an Associate Director, Kirsty leads the Contact Centre teams across our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices whilst building and maintaining relationships with our key clients.

Kirsty has a wealth of experience assisting companies across various industries and sectors with their recruitment and tendering for local and national business accounts. 

She is a keen networker and is a qualified HR practitioner, having completed her CIPD Certificate in HR Practice in 2016.

With over 15 years' experience in recruitment, Kirsty joined FPSG in 2012, bringing with her commitment, passion and professionalism. 

Isla Thomson

Isla Thomson

  • Recruitment Consultant

Isla specialises in recruiting Customer Advisors (bi-lingual and non) across the east of Scotland.

She has a particular focus on customer service and has a keen ability to source the right candidate for her clients. She is hugely motivated by success and works hard to achieve it.

Isla is a keen Clay Shooter and has represented Scotland as a member of the Scottish National Olympic Skeet Team.

Joining FPSG in 2017 as a school leaver, Isla has shown commitment and consistency and has already achieved great success.

Lowri Davies

Lowri Davies

  • Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant within the Contact Centre team, Lowri specialises in recruiting Customer Advisors  both multilingual and UK for our client base.

Lowri supports her candidates with detailed interview preparation and receives great feedback.

A graduate of the University of Edinburgh, Lowri joined FPSG in 2017 and has proven to be a valuable member of the team.

 

Laura Nicholson

As well as working as a Recruitment Consultant Laura is currently studying for a Biomedical Sciences degree at the University of Edinburgh.

Laura is hard working and full of determination rising up to any challenge while looking at the positive outcome at the end.

She is an avid believer in giving back to others and participates in a lot of charity fundraising events such as Race For Life for Cancer Research and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Laura joined FPSG in 2018 and manages to balance her work and studies showing commitment and professionalism in her role.

Louise Cameron

Louise Cameron

  • Recruitment Consultant

Louise is a professional and experienced individual who has recently joined FPSG as a Recruitment Consultant to support the ongoing success of the Office Support & Call Centre division.

Louise supports candidates through the full recruitment process, placing individuals in long term roles whilst also providing a consultative approach to clients to help achieve their recruitment goals.

She is new to hill walking and recently conquered Ben A'an.

Extremely diligent, ambitious with a fantastic work ethic, Louise enjoys a new challenge, adapts well and offers confidence dealing with a variety of situations and people.

Kaela Murie

  • Research Associate

Alongside studying for a Law Degree, Kaela is a Resourcer for the Contact Centre team with a particular focus on candidate attraction for our key clients.

She shows strengths in preparing and coaching candidates for interview and matching and fulfilling clients' needs.

Kaela works hard to juggle her studies and her work and has demonstrated a flexible, can do attitude to both.

Kaela started at FPSG in 2018, in the GPDR Team and on completion of this project she was brought in to assist the Contact Centre team.

Madalina Dichiu

Madalina Dichiu

  • Contracts Management

As part of the Contact Centre team Madalina ensures the smooth running of the Edinburgh office on a day to day basis including having responsibility for all administrative processes, contracts management and general office support.

She has a keen eye for detail and a particular responsibility for ensuring compliance is completed in accordance with policies and procedures.

She has a Masters degree in Journalism and enjoys communicating with people from different countries. Madalina is originally from Romania and has lived in Edinburgh for the over 8 years.

Madalina joined FPSG in 2015 and brought with her a professional, confident and personable approach with candidates and clients alike.

National Living Wage

FPSG is based in Scotland, a region where nearly a fifth of all jobs (18%) pay less than the real Living Wage – around 404,000 jobs

Tess Lanning, Director, Living Wage Foundation said: “We’re delighted that FPSG has joined the movement of over 4,000 responsible employers across the UK who voluntarily commit to go further than the government minimum to make sure all their staff earn enough to live on.

National Living Wage

We are delighted to announce that FPSG been accredited as a Living Wage Employer.  Our Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at FPSG receive the accredited Living Wage.

The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to the costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on, not just the government minimum. Since 2011 the Living Wage movement has delivered a pay rise to over 150,000 people and put over £600m extra into the pockets of low paid workers.

Contact Centre Team News

The FPSG Contact Centre team continues to grow with the appointment of Louise Cameron as Consultant to our Glasgow branch.  Louise has started her career with positive outcomes for both clients and candidates making some really good introductions.  Louise was named Employee of the Month for January in Glasgow with her behaviours mirroring the FPSG values of belief and commitment.

Associate Director and Head of Contact Centre, Kirsty Lloyd said ‘Louise is a great addition to our team.  I am over the moon with the feedback we have received from candidates and look forward to watching Louise grow in her role.’
