Are you an ambitious Compliance professional keen to gain a unique challenging and rewarding role? A position has become available with our innovative Fintech client. The Compliance and Risk Manager will be involved with developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the organisation conducts its business processes in compliance with laws and regulations, professional standards, international standards, and accepted business practices.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the COO and CFO to ensure effective management of regulatory risk.Aspects of the role will also involve contract creations and amendments along with liaising with the necessary regulatory bodies across the various jurisdictions our client operations in.

This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a Compliance Professional looking for the next step in their career.

The Successful candidate must have:-

  • Previous Compliance experience ideally within a financial services environment.
  • Educated beyond degree level, ideally with professional qualification
  • Regulatory risk management and controls experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Worked with Senior Stakeholders and Management to ensure a consistent approach to Regulatory Risk
  • Taken the lead on Compliance training matters
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong planning analytical and organisation skills
