Business Design Lead
An exciting opportunity to work as a Business Design Lead for a world-renowned insurance company reporting to the Hea do Business Design. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams delivering innovative business models from conception to delivery.
Role Responsibilities
- Owning Business Design practices, delivering strategic direction for innovative business models and operating frameworks
- Mentoring, leading and inspiring a team of service and business designers.
- Working with cross-functional teams to align everyone with the company's vision and goals
- Establishing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business designs and operating models.
- Engaging with Key stakeholders at all levels.
Person Specification
- Proven experience as lead within Business Design
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present to Executive level
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of industry trends, sustainability practices, and business innovation.
