National Careers Week (NCW) is a celebration of careers guidance and free resources in education across the UK. The aim is to provide a focus for careers guidance activity at an important stage in the academic calendar to help support young people leaving education.
The Opportunity
At FPSG we specialise in recruiting for IT, Legal, Procurement and Accountancy & Finance roles in the private and public sectors. To support our growth we have opportunities in Glasgow and Edinburgh for ambitious apprentices to join our teams and start the career in the diverse and rewarding recruitment sector.
This is an excellent way to offer fresh talent an opportunity to take their first steps into recruitment while receiving on-going support from their training provider through an evidence based and work related vocational qualification.
The Apprentices are visited fortnightly in the work-place by their assessor while working towards their qualification in Business and Administration.
Modules include Project Management, Document Production, Customer Service, Communications and IT. Our Apprentices will be aligned to the Technology and Professional Services teams. Feedback from our previous intakes has been glowing with our recruits displaying enthusiasm, drive and flexibility from the outset.
Skills, Support & Career Path
As well as a qualification we offer our apprentices ongoing training and support from our team of experienced professionals. Apprentices will also have the chance to join our volunteering programme and have time off work to support a cause or charity close to your heart.
On the way to their qualification, our Apprentices support teams with a variety or tasks including candidate generation, preparation and marketing of job advertisements and pre-employment screening. The next step in their career with FPSG will be as a Trainee Resourcer
