Our achievements

In achieving our badge, FPSG has shown that we support the needs of our employees by paying the Real Living Wage as minimum.  In addition to this, we are committed to workforce engagement through having family friendly policies such as flexible working.  We also provide training opportunities outside the normal role.  We are committed to a gender balanced work force and board.   Our team plays an active role in the community through our sponsorship initiatives and our wider volunteer charter.  Our business model is innovative with recent launches into international markets through our Energy & Infrastructure division.
