A short update to let you know that we have all returned from Ben Nevis alive….well just about, we made it to the top and yes we have the photo’s to prove it…our bravado of not needing to train for such an event was pure folly…we all struggled, breathlessly and in acute pain to the summit and back…..full story with details and pictures to follow….so hoping to encourage as much support as possible for our Virgin “giving” site…
