Role Responsibilities

As an Associate or Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Taking an active role in developing and growing the existing private client offering, working closely with the other practice areas in the firm to do so and raising the profile of the private client team through various business development activities

• Meeting with and advising clients on a range of issues

• Providing advice to clients on Wills, Tax Planning, Executries, Trusts and Guardianships amongst other issues.

• Taking instructions and drafting letters/correspondence

• Drafting legal documents

• Being the first point of contact for clients and managing cases

Person Specification

As a successful Private Client Solicitor, you will have:

• 6 Years+ PQE in Private Client law - Executries, wills, power of attorneys, guardianships and trusts

• Ideally have experience supporting with managing junior team members

• A demonstrable background in successfully carrying out business development activities

• STEP qualification desirable

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
