As Chief Operating Officer, Andrew manages many of our complex accounts and has responsibility for our IT and Public Sector divisions.  

His strengths lie in providing diverse recruitment solutions to match client needs and working in partnership to ensure positive outcomes. He is superbly networked and is committed to ensuring business growth through connecting the best talent with the best opportunities.

Andrew is dedicated to our community engagement and plays a key role in our community partnerships.

Starting his career with FPSG as IT Divisional Manager in 2002 and through continued development and promotion, Andrew became Managing Director in 2010.

Michael's role is to establish and grow our IT recruitment solutions capability across Scotland, the UK and beyond.

Having progressed through all the recruitment ranks from Resourcer to Regional Manager to Director in 2019, Michael’s style is to always lead by example in new business wins and being accountable for delivering on commitments.

Michael is responsible for multiple locations and Consultants and takes pride in playing a hands-on role in developing staff.

Michael has been providing IT and Technology & Transformation Recruitment Solutions since 2003. 

Ciaran Ahern has worked in Technology, Data and Transformation recruitment for over 22 years.

He started his career purely focused on candidates and their experience and grew into a much wider remit, where he was responsible for engaging, winning and delivering on a very wide range of clients, from start-ups and scaling organisations to large corporates.

Although Ciaran leads and motivates teams of individuals and is accountable for overall delivery he is also hands on in his role. Over his career he has covered all aspects of technology and change his current focus is on Development & Data with a particular interested in start-ups and scaling organisations, particularly in FinTech, Life Sciences, MedTech, BioTech and Pharma.

Ciaran’s focus is very much on client and candidate experience and ensuring both himself and FPSG delivery an outstanding service.

Ryan is responsible for driving Technology Recruitment in the US and UK markets, predominantly within the Life Sciences Industry.

With over 7 years of experience in Tech Recruitment, Ryan specialises in Development, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Data. He is well versed in recruiting Director level appointments down to Entry Level positions and everything in between.

Ryan joined FPSG in 2023 as a Principal Consultant.

Rebekah joined FPSG as a Delivery Consultant in October 2021 as part of the IT division in our Edinburgh office.

With over 5 years of customer service experience, Rebekah brings with her great interpersonal and people skills that she uses with her candidates and clients.

Rebekah is able to engage with anyone to secure the best talent in Scotland for her clients.

Gregor joined FPSG In October 2022 as recruitment consultant focusing on Product – particularly Product Management, Owner & Design.

Gregor’s greatest strengths lie within his ability build and maintain relationships with Candidates and Clients.

He has developed these skills through 12 years’ experience in customer service and continues to bring that same energy to FPSG.

Lauren joined FPSG in October 2022 as a Technology Recruitment Consultant skilled in talent sourcing within the Cyber / Security arena.

Before starting her career in recruitment, she gained invaluable experience in hospitality, customer services and sales. It was while supporting the running of a small business that Lauren first got exposed to the importance and complexity of technology security. Her involvement with ‘vulnerable persons’ heightened her understanding of Data security, Systems security and Protection and gave her experience to regulatory compliance.

Lauren is passionate about creating successful and long-lasting connections with both candidates and clients in her role as an InfoSec Recruitment Consultant,
